Question:
Is the wiring harness # C56225 the correct part number for my 2014 Nissan PRO4X? I currently have CURT part #55441, not yet installed- I contacted my Nissan dealer, they said my truck is NOT equipped with a tow package. Thank you

Expert Reply:
If your 2014 Nissan Xterra PRO4X did not come with a factory tow package then Curt wiring harness # C55441 will not work. It is designed for models that came with a factory tow package.
For models without a tow package you would use # C56225. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
