Question:
There is no picture and nothing in the description to indicate whether this is a side-wind or a top-wind jack. Also is there a hole at the bottom of the inner tube to attach a wheel of plate with a pin?

I spoke with my contact at Bulldog about the Bulldog Round Trailer Jack without Mount, part # 150010.
They told me this is a sidewind jack and measures 17.1 inches when retracted, and 27.1 inches when fully extended. The diameter of the inner tube is 2 inches. This has an open tube and does not have a hole for a pin to mount a foot plate. This jack does not come with any mounting hardware or with any foot attachments.
If you are looking for an A-frame sidewind jack with a mounting bracket and more capacity, I recommend the etrailer.com Round A-Frame Jack, part # TJA-5000S-B. This jack has a weight capacity of 5,000 lbs, and has a 15 inch lift. If you would need a footplate for this jack I recommend part # JF-99. This footplate fits 2-inch diameter tubing and includes a bolt for installation.
I have attached a couple of product review videos you can check out.
