For your 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee we do offer a Hidden Hitch Class III hitch receiver, their part 87601. This is a 2-inch hitch with a rated tongue weight capacity of 500-lbs and a gross trailer weight rating of 5000-lbs.
We do offer replacement hitch installation hardware (since this hardware cannot be re-used) and the hardware can be ordered using part # RHK and then by entering the hitch part number and manufacturer name in the appropriate spaces.
