Brake controllers are universal items and are not vehicle specific. Newer trucks will have brake controller ports to simplify wiring, but the brake controllers are the same. I have included a link to a page on general brake controller information and on wiring and installing brake controllers that should be very useful for you.
Our most popular brake controller is the Tekonsha Prodigy P2, part # 90885. It sells so well because how of how easy it is to setup and how well it works.
