Question:
I bought the c55441 adapter hoping that with the 4wd package the plug would be live. I have everything connected and I partially work, both turn signals work but the tail lights or brakes dont come on, on the tester it is the wire next to the grd. Seems odd that half the plug is functional.. should I return this plug and purchase the other kit with the jumpers C56225 I havent removed the side panel on the passenger side to see if they have the jumpers installed...what is your recommendation ?

Remove the side panel by the passenger door to see if the jumper wires are there. It could be that you are just missing the relays. Which if so then you would want the # C57000 for all of the relays.
If the jumper harness is missing then I would recommend you get the # C56225 instead as it will come with everything.
