We do offer both options for coolers that will work for your 2007 GMC Sierra New Body truck.
I have attached a drawing that shows the best location for mounting a cooler, if room allows.
If you are interested in a transmission cooler only, I recommend the Derale Transmission Cooler, part # D13503. This cooler measures 11 inches wide x 8-3/4 inches tall x 7/8 inch deep. This is a plate-fin cooler which is very efficient, and will help improve your transmission overall performance. I have attached a product review video for this cooler you can check out.
To easily connect the cooler to your radiator I recommend the Derale Snap-In Radiator Adapter Fitting, part # D13035.
If you are interested in an oil cooler only, I recommend the Derale Stacked-Plate Engine Oil Cooler Kit, part # D15651.
For a combination Transmission and engine oil cooler, I recommend the Derale Combination Transmission and Engine Oil Cooler for GM Applications, part # D15903. This cooler measures 17 inches wide x 12-1/2 inches tall x 3/4 inch deep.
