How to Install the DeeZee Specialty Series Trailer Tongue Toolbox # DZ91717P to a Straight Tongue

Question:
Hi, what is the best way to mount the DeeZee DZ91717P box onto my single pwc/jetski trailer? It is has single beam trailer tongue, not an A-frame. Should i make a base out of aluminum stock or 3/4 plywood and some U-bolts, or Unistrut or use a trailer tray cargo carrier ? I have attached a pic not a great one hope it helps.

I think your best option would be to make a base for the DeeZee Specialty Series Trailer Tongue Toolbox # DZ91717P out of aluminum like you suggested and then attach the box to the base. This would provide you with a very secure attachment point for the box.
The box comes with some bolts that could be used, or you prefer you could provide your own nuts and bolts.
