i have a 6.90-9 tire on a 4 lug galv rim. 4inch spacing and the center hole is 2.500inch It is 10inch across the rim. What rim whould you recommend?

The 6.90-9 size tire you have is intended for a 9-inch rim. We do not currently offer any 9-inch rims. The part that you referenced, # AM20043, is a 10-inch rim with 4-on-4-inch bolt pattern and a 2-1/2-inch pilot hole diameter.
We do offer various tire/wheel combinations in this same 4-on-4-inch bolt pattern and all can be seen on the link provided.
We do offer a tire in this same size, part # AM10040 from Kenda, rated for Load Range C.
