The first thing you want to do is consult the owners manual of your 1998 Toyota 4Runner to determine if there are any restrictions on towing your vehicle and what the towing capacities are. You will need the towing capacity to be more than the weight of your travel trailer. Most likely you have the capacity, but you should still check to confirm this.
For a hitch I would recommend the Curt Hitch part # C13087. This hitch has a 5,000 lb capacity so it would be more than enough for your trailer.
For trailer wiring you would want the Tow Ready Harness part # 118341.
For ball mounts I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a carrying bag.
