Question:
All, I am upgrading to a larger trailer. Gross empty is around 11K and 35 Feet in total length. I am looking for the best setup for distribution and anti sway. My tow vehicle is 2012 Chevy 2500HD 4X4 with 4.10 rear and 6.0 V8 I currently have a 10K bar system for a 9k trailer. Thanks in advance.

To choose a weight distribution system you will need to go by the total tongue weight of the set up. This is calculated by taking the tongue weight of the trailer, when loaded and ready to tow, and adding to that the weight of anything loaded behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle.
Tongue weight typically is 10 to 15 percent of the gross trailer weight. For an 11,000 pound trailer that would make the tongue weight 1,100 to 1,650 pounds.
For tongue weights that are this high I recommend Blue Ox Sway Pro system # BXW2000 which is rated for up to 2,000 pounds tongue weight. It also comes with built in sway control. I have included a link to a video review to the right for you.
This system comes with everything except a ball. For a 2-5/16 inch ball you can use # 63840. The included shank has no drop and a max rise of 10-3/4 inches.
I have included a couple of links on weight distribution, sway control, and determining tongue weight for you.
