Yes, we do offer replacement trunnion bars for weight distribution (WD) systems like the Reese # RP66022 that you referenced. Each bar handles half of the rated weight capacity for the system, so for example, if your trailer TW is 600-lbs then the correct bar to use for a Reese trunnion system is part # RP22225 which is for systems rated between 400- and 800-lbs.

If your system is more than a few years old it may have a slightly different design than current ones so in this case it is a good idea to check the hitch head part number to ensure proper fit.
