Yes, we do offer replacement trunnion bars for weight distribution (WD) systems like the Reese # RP66022 that you referenced. You can click on the link provided to see all replacement trunnion bars for Reese and other brands. You will want to choose bars based on your system's tongue weight (TW) requirements. Each bar handles half of the rated weight capacity for the system, so for example, if your trailer TW is 600-lbs then the correct bar to use for a Reese trunnion system is part # RP22225 which is for systems rated between 400- and 800-lbs.
If your system is more than a few years old it may have a slightly different design than current ones so in this case it is a good idea to check the hitch head part number to ensure proper fit.
