Question:
I have a 2007 Tundra w/5.7 engine, no tow package. I plan to tow up to 60000 lbs. Will this cooler fit my Tundra and will it provide adequate cooling? Thanks

Transmission coolers are not custom fit items. The only way to tell if it will fit your Tundra is to measure where you want to mount the cooler and see if you have the space. The dimensions of the cooler are 11 inches wide, 12 inches tall and 7/8 inch deep.
I assume you meant 6,000 pounds and not 60,000 pounds. At 6,000 pounds, this cooler would provide more than enough cooling for your transmission. You could probably use smaller coolers like part # D13503 to save some space since 6,000 pounds is a relatively light load.
As always, check with the owner manual and make sure that the truck is capable of towing 6,000 pounds. The addition of this cooler will not increase a truck tow capacity, it will make the work easier on the transmission and reduce wear and tear on the transmission.
I have added a link to a video show the install of a smaller Derale 8000 series cooler on a Honda CR-V so you can see how it installs.
