Question:
I have a brand new 2014 Dodge Caravan, which will be used to carry a mobility scooter lift. When the scooter was on the lift which was on my old 2008 Town and Country, the the weight distribution was shifted to the rear of the vehicle, causing the rear to sage. It was necessary to beef up the rear suspension. I need a 2” hitch which will very slightly clear the back bumper. And a means to level the vehicle and not drag. I am not sure about which of your products I need. What do you recommend?

First let's start with a hitch, for that you would want the Curt Hitch part # 13364 that you referenced for your 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. This is a Class III hitch with a 2 inch opening that would work well for you.
For suspension enhancement for the rear of your vehicle to help with the sag I would recommend the Air Lift Suspension Enhancement part # AL60814. This will allow you to use air pressure to provide support for the rear of your vehicle and help with the sag. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
