The Limited 2-year warranty on trailer tire # AM10235 covers the tire construction, workmanship. But if it fails because something is wrong with the tire the warranty would not cover damage or harm caused to you, the vehicle or others. Your insurance company would be the one to call on that.

It would be hard to determine if a blowout was caused by workmanship or materials or an act of God, nail in the road, excessive heat and so on.

It sounds like you may have some experience with trailer tires failing. Heat is the enemy of tires, especially trailer tires. Always inflate trailer tires to the max psi indicated on the tire. That would be 75 psi for tire # AM10235.

If under inflated the thick sidewall will generate excessive heat and can cause tire failure. Other things like traveling over the 81 mile per hour speed rating, overloading the tires, and worn suspension can also cause premature wear and eventual failure.
