You should just need an electric over hydraulic actuator such as # HBA-10 for drum brakes or # HBA16 for disc brakes. You should not need any additional brake lines or anything because the actuators work with the hydraulic lines and brakes that are already on the trailer.
The tow vehicle will need to have a brake controller that is compatible with electric over hydraulic brakes, such as the P2, # 90885, and both the vehicle and the trailer will need to be equipped with matching trailer connectors (with a brake output circuit like a 7-Way). You will also need a breakaway kit, # 50-85-313.
To recommend trailer connectors I would need to know what the vehicle has and what the trailer has now. I would also need to know the year, make, and model of the vehicle. I have included some links to the right that should be helpful. One is on electric over hydraulic drum brakes and the other on EOH disc brakes. You would not necessarily need all the parts the articles describe since the trailer already has hydraulic brakes.
