Question:

My father purchased a Curt hitch for my 2011 Nissan Frontier. He purchased the model #13831 for a 2003. Will this still fit my truck? Thank you

The Curt Class III trailer hitch that you referenced, part # 13831, is a fit for the King Cab version of the 2003 Nissan Frontier but this hitch will not fit your 2011 Frontier. These two model years, 8 years apart, are not of the same generation of the Frontier and so hitch fits are not common between the two.

If you need a wiring harness you can use part # C56225 for a 4-pole flat trailer connector.
