Air Bag and 5th Wheel Hitch Compatibility on a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD

Question:

Will the Firestone air bags part number F2596 work with Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails part number RP50066-58 without mounting brackets hitting,interfering, with each other. Truck to be installed on 2015 Chevrolet 2500HD 4x4 Z71 Crew Cab, Short Bed, Duramax Diesel. Thanks

Yes, the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs, # F2709, and the Reese Quick-Install Custom Install Kit, # RP50066-58, will fit together on your 2015 Chevrolet 2500HD Z71 4x4 diesel without interfering with each other. The top bracket for the Firestone air bags mounts to the bottom and inboard side of the frame rail. The frame brackets for the Reese install kit mount to the outboard side of the frame rails, so they will not make contact.

We have installed both of these products on a Silverado 2500HD crew cab together without issue. I attached the installation videos for you to check out.
