Hi Scott! The Dexter DX7.5L A60 Brake Actuator # DX89FR is going to be the replacement I'd recommend for your 2015 EZ Loader trailer, provided you have the top mount style actuator. It's rated for 7,500 lbs, works with a 2 inch hitch ball, and has the electric reverse lockout you're looking for. That lockout is especially handy when you're backing your boat down the ramp since it keeps the hydraulic disc brakes from engaging while you're in reverse.
The one thing I'd like to double check before pointing you toward this one is how your current actuator mounts to the trailer tongue. The Dexter DX7.5L A60 Brake Actuator # DX89FR is a bolt on actuator. How is your current actuator attached?
