The Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Trailer Coupler Adapter - Inner Tube - Round - 25K lbs # KPG5-R25-IP is made overseas, unfortunately. The only American made option we carry currently is the Shocker Hitch Air Cushioned Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Trailer Coupler Adapter - 30K # SHK37YR.
The Shocker Hitch is expensive, but the air bag on it is super adjustable. This lets you get it set up perfectly for whatever kind of load you are carrying. It also fits 4" and 100-mm round stems with straight or angled pin holes, so it's pretty universal.
