Welcome back, Andrew!
While we do not have instructions for installing the Replacement Left Arm for Yakima SwingBase Swing Away Hitch Extender # Y66KV, this will be an easier one to put on than the Replacement Knob Assembly # Y36KV you asked about previously.
If you look at the included image, you can see that this is held in with a single bolt. You will want to install that in the following order: Bolt, Washer, Washer, Nut. There is no specific torque spec for the nut and it's a Nylock style, so all you need to do is get it nice and snug. Just make sure the arm can be pivoted freely and you're good. If it's too tight it will impede the movement of the arm.
Once you get your SwingBase fixed, what will you be using it to carry?
