It sure will James. The Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch item # C47BR will indeed work with the Curt Q24 slider or standard base. These adapter rails are designed specifically for the puck system layout on the 2019 GMC Sierra 2500.
The Adapter Rails item # C47BR have a 30,000 lbs towing capacity and will provide you with the equivalent of industry standard 5th wheel rails. Please note it will raise your 5th wheel hitch's overall height by 2-1/2".
