i have a 23 frontier short bed and a leer 100xr cap. I am looking at adding a roof rack set up. I would need the tracks and bars. Could you recommend the proper setup? Thanks in advance

Thanks for writing in.

For your 2023 Nissan Frontier with the LEER 100XR camper shell, I recommend going with a Rhino-Rack track-mounted roof rack system. This will give you the tracks and crossbars you're looking for, with the added benefit of being able to adjust the crossbar positions depending on what you're hauling.

You'll want the Rhino-Rack RTC-Style Roof Rack Tracks # RTC14, which come as a pair of 55" tracks. For the crossbars and mounting feet, you need the Rhino-Rack Vortex Roof Rack # RR34FR88MV. This comes with two black aluminum crossbars and the mounting legs needed to attach them to the tracks.

The installation will require drilling into your camper shell to secure the tracks. You'll want to make sure you have 55" of usable mounting space and verify the mounting locations and weight capacity with LEER before getting started.
