Hey Noel, are you talking about an older hitch that needs replaced? If so, it looks like you have a 2015 Tahoe according to your fitguide vehicle.
If that's the case, you can go with the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # C31073. This fits all trim levels aside from the Z71 package.
If you are actually talking about a newer hitch that you bought from us that had a defect, that is obviously a customer service issue that we can handle if it was a recent purchase.
