We do have an air bag setup that will work with your 2023 Ford F-150 King Ranch with self-leveling headlights, but the Firestone Ride-Rite kit with Easy Mount Compressor # F97XV is not compatible with trucks equipped with that headlight system. Instead, I recommend going with the following:

- Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System - Bluetooth - EZ Mount # AL58WQ
The LoadLifter 5000 provides up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling support, which is great for reducing rear-end sag and keeping your truck more stable when towing or hauling.
