Question:
Fantastic fan circuit board

Hey there Bruce.
Unfortunately, we don't carry replacement circuit boards for Dometic Fan-Tastic Vents separately. You may be able to get one directly through Dometic, so I'd recommend contacting them first.
Otherwise, your best option would be to replace the entire fan. We have the MaxxFan Plus # MA00-04500K, which features a powered lift, thermostat, and reversible 10-speed fan.
Another option is the Ventline Ventadome # V2119-601-00, which has a powered lift and 12V fan but is a more basic setup.
Both are designed for standard 14-1/4" square roof openings.
Sorry I didn't have the news you were hoping for. What exactly is going on with it? Perhaps the circuit board could be good still and maybe there's a different issue?
