Hi Robert, yes, we do have a 4 pin wiring harness for your 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. you need the Curt T Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4 Pole Flat Trailer Connector, part # C56331.
This harness plugs inline with the Grand Caravan’s taillights and provides the 4-pin connector you need for your trailer. It does require the black power wire to be run up to the vehicle battery for power. The empty plug in the rear cargo area where the jack is stored is not where this harness connects, so this particular harness will not simply plug into that location. Each side of the harness will plug in line with the tail lights so there is no splicing required. The # C56331 is the only custom 4 pin harness we currently carry for your Caravan so I am not familuar with another wiring harness that plugs into a different spot.
If you are also looking for the hitch, you can use Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13364.
What kind of trailer are you planning to tow?

Hi Heather, I bought the hitch last year from etrailer. It's to hold an ebike rack. While it's been working fine however if I cover the ebike, it mostly covers the tail lights, so I'm looking for a magnetic bluetooth tail light solution.
