Hey Kevin. The Replacement Tongue Jack for Lippert Ground Control TT Leveling System item # LC421366 is going to be the correct one. It'll plug into the same connectors your jack currently uses and fits a standard a-frame bolt pattern.
The Replacement Tongue Jack item # LC421366 is the same jack that comes with the Electric Ground Control TT Automatic 5-Point Travel Trailer Leveling System item # LC672136. This is the travel trailer equivalent of the Ground Control 3.0 leveling systems that are designed exclusively for 5th wheel trailers.
I couldn't find anything related to the serial number M2019-09-0775 you found either so that makes sense you couldn't find anything on our website.
What happened to your tongue jack that has you needing a replacement? Feel free to answer this and throw in any other questions you have, where it says Add Comment.

Kevin, Jerred has steered you toward the correct tongue jack for your Lippert Ground Control system. I changed mine out last year, and I'm about to help my SIL change hers on her 2019 Rockwood. Even with a new deep cycle AGM battery, our old one (2020 Rockwood) began to make me doubt that it was going to last very much longer lifting my diesel truck and our 10K lb. trailer (1100-1200-lb. tongue weight) to tension the spring bars. The new jack does indeed handle the load more energetically and with less noise. As Herb says, changing the jack is easy. I'm 75 and have disabilities, but I was able to quickly change it out. I spent more time putting new split looms on to protect the jack wiring than actually changing the jack. If your old jack works at all, you can tell the system to level the trailer, and as long as the trailer is on a level surface, or one that slopes from rear to front, the tongue jack will rise and disengage from the ground once the leveling jacks have grounded. If the ground slopes front to rear, the tongue jack will probably remain in contact with the ground, to help the front jacks handle the load while spread at their widest point (tongue close to the ground), and you will have to manually raise the tongue jack or place another jack under the A-frame to remove the tension on the tongue jack. If you leveled your trailer on a level or rear-to-front slope, you should be able to install the new jack "out-of-the-box" without it contacting the ground while you are working. Mine didn't.

Kevin; I received an email asking me to reply, but Jerred would be the best source for the model #. As to the installation... It was duck soup. about 30 minutes. The old bolt holes all lined up I did use lock washers and oversized washers. My tongue weight is `1200-1400#'s . Works like the original, maybe better...
