Question:

I have a 96 250. It has overloads already installed. Will this product bolt up over them, or do I need to remove them? I understand the airbags will outperform the existing, just wondering about having to removeinch the overload leaf... Thanks

Welcome back Smed. The Pacbrake Alpha HD Pro Air Bag Suspension Kit item # PB85SV is compatible with overload springs. So you won't need to remove the ones on your 1996 Ford F-250.

On page 6 of the installation instructions for the Pacbrake Air Bag Suspension Kit item # PB85SV, you'll see a section dedicated to how to install the air bags on overload springs. I have linked them below along with a screenshot so you can see how to get them installed.

The Pacbrake Air Bag Suspension Kit item # PB85SV have a 5,000 lbs support capacity. They are confirmed to fit all models of the 1996 Ford F-250.
