Question:
Does the Clearsource water filter system remove flouride from the water?

Hi Mike,
No, the standard Clearsource Ultra RV Water Filter System part # CS87FR does not remove fluoride from water. Its standard filtration stages are designed to reduce sediment, chlorine, unpleasant tastes and odors, and certain microorganisms, but they are not designed to remove fluoride.
If fluoride removal is your main goal, Clearsource offers specialty fluoride filter options that may be used in place of a standard filter, but you'll want to confirm compatibility with your specific system before purchasing. We currently do not carry those filters.
What’s your reason to target fluoride, taste concerns?
