Yes, Curt trailer hitch # C11681 will fit your 2014 Honda Accord Sport with dual exhaust. Take a look at the picture I have included that shows the hitch on an Accord Sport model with dual exhaust.
If you plan on using the hitch for a bike rack or cargo carrier you will need to make sure the accessory is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also, for non-trailer loads, Curt requires the use of stabilization strap # 18050. And on a bike rack you are limited to 2 bikes maximum.
If you plan on doing any towing, consult the owners manual for the towing capacity of the vehicle. For a ball mount use # C45521. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256 and for a 2 inch use # 19258. For trailer wiring use # 118596 if the vehicle does not have LED tail lights or # C56173 if it does have LED tail lights.
