Welcome back! The SwingKing Bolt-On Swing Tongue Kit # TD88FR does not include a center punch, so you would need to pick one up separately from a local hardware store. You can also use a permanent marker to mark the center of each mounting hole before drilling, which will give you a good reference point for getting everything lined up.
