Hey Dick, welcome back! The SwingKing Bolt-On Swing Tongue Kit item # TD28FR in black powder coat or item # TD88FR which is galvanized are going to be the best option. Both of them fit a 3" x 3" trailer tongue and come with all the necessary installation hardware. They can be installed in either a left or right fold orientation depending on your preference. Both are in stock and available to ship.
If you have a boat trailer, I highly recommend going with the Galvanized SwingKing item # TD88FR for the additional corrosion protection.
