Hi Jerred, I finally had a chance this weekend to pull the hub apart and take a look at the bearings. I attached some pictures to help me out here. One of the bearings had a clear number of "L44649" and while the other wasn't obvious - I could see the same number when looked at closely. As it relates to the lugs - I have a 5-lug pattern, and the separation between lugs looks like 2-5/8". I took a picture so you could see what I found - I also attached a picture of replacement tires I have that appear to have the same separation. Please let me know thoughts on replacement for the hubs or if you have additional questions or need or pictures that would help. I left it all apart so it would be easy to grab something else. Thanks for getting all that information around for me Matt! To replace the hubs on your snowmobile clamshell trailer, I recommend the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly item # DX77UR. This idler hub is sold individually, has a 5 on 4-1/2" lug nut pattern, and works with 8", 10" and 12" wheels.

The Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly item # DX77UR comes pregreased and ready to install. The new inner and outer races and bearings come preinstalled along with a new grease seal. This hub has a galvanized finish so that's really going to help to prevent the corrosion issues on your current hubs.

That new wheel definitely stuck out amongst your pictures. The 2-5/8" separation you found on your 5 lug hub and wheels means you have a 5 on 4-1/2" lug nut pattern. The Idler Hub Assembly item # DX77UR is going to work perfect with them. It also comes with brand new lug nuts and a grease cap to keep moisture out of your spindles.
