Is there a swingaway arm that opens to the driver's side? I only see one's for the passenger side. Thank you

Yes, there is James! It's the Kuat Pivot v3 Swing Away Hitch Extender item # KU98CR. This swing away arm has a 250 lbs capacity and can be used with bike racks, cargo carriers, and cargo boxes. It will swing out to the driver's side and lock at 90° or 120° for full access to the rear of your vehicle.
