Question:
Hello, I need to replace the 7-pin socket connector that I received with item “ 118286 T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way Trailer Connector.” Would this part be compatible with the connection on the wiring harness that came with this package? I am confused because the website is telling me that this product is not compatible with my vehicle. Thanks,

Hey Chris.
From what you've told me it seems like you need the 7-way plug replaced that came with the Tekonsha wiring harness you previously ordered. Now, we no longer carry this harness, but the vehicle specific part is the harness itself that leads up to the connector. The Hopkins 7- and 4-Pole Connector # HM40975 will be a good replacement for the original Tekonsha connector. This will allow you to keep the vehicle specific Tekonsha harness you already have installed, while simply replacing the connector at the back. Just an FYI, this connector provides both a 7-way and 4-way plug.
What are you normally towing with your Pilot?
