I have an overland cap on my 2024 Toyota Tacoma sport that has cross bars measuring 1 1/4 x 2 3/4 will this Lock rack series X fit?

Unfortunately, they will not Brad but I have a solution for you. The crossbar adapters included with the LockRack Series-X Universal Adjustable Watersport Carrier item # LR24VR only work with crossbars up to 2-1/2" wide.
Instead, I recommend using the LockRack Series-X Universal Watersport Carrier - Saddle Style item # LR88FR. This carrier includes mounting hardware that will attach directly to the accessory slots on your Tacoma's Overland Truck Cap Crossbars.
