Hi Spencer! The Replacement Stake Pocket Insert for Adarac Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack, part # A70432, is specific to the Access Adarac truck bed ladder rack for 1999 to 2013 Chevy or GMC trucks. Sadly, the manufacturer does not provide the thread size, but the aluminum plate does have a steel rivnut installed, so the threads are not tapped directly into the aluminum. I’ve attached a photo so you can see what that looks like.
What are you using the insert for? If you have an Access Adarac ladder rack, I may be able to help you find exactly what you need.
