Hello Rudy,
Welcome to etrailer! I'm glad you found us.
Curt does not provide the specific dimensions for the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C44BR. What I can tell you is that the # C44BR is confirmed to fit your 2023 Toyota Tundra across all trim levels.
This is a fully welded, powder-coated steel hitch that bolts directly to the frame of your Tundra, so there is no welding required. You also will not need to drill through the vehicle's frame for the installation, which makes this a pretty straightforward bolt-on option.
Is there a specific reason you need those measurements? Do you have a custom stuff done to the truck that you are trying to clear?

I don't want to crawl under my truck to measure, I'm old, but what I will tell you is that it fits inside the frame of your truck and bolts to the three bolt holes extending forward to the front of the truck. The receiver hangs down less than 3" from the bumper. I have never scraped the hitch receiver entering a parking lot. Tight fit that looks right on the truck.
