Hi Brian!

While we definitely have hitches that will fit your 2015 Honda CR-V, the Draw-Tite hitch 76028 was designed to fit a 2005 to 2017 Chevy Equinox (and a few other similar GM vehicles). Due to this, it will not fit your vehicle. With that said, check out the following part:

etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e98868

This is a custom fit hitch for your CR-V and there is no drilling required for the install. We have it rated 4 out of 10 for the install difficulty, so it is a pretty easy one to put on. Like the Draw-Tite you were asking about, this is also a Class 3 hitch with a 2" receiver opening, so it will allow for a lot of different accessories. Unlike the Draw-Tite, the etrailer hitch is American made and its matte black finish does a better job of blending into your bumper than the gloss finish other brands use. It really is the one to go with.

What are you wanting to use the hitch for once it's installed?

I bought the 2012 Honda CR-V trailer hitch from eTrailer. I bought and installed the model hitch they recommended. This hitch was a breeze to install. All the steps needed were well laid out by eTrailer. The hitch required no drilling. It looked great at installation and 2 years later is still tight and still looks great. It is much better looking than other brands of hitches. I made a good choice and eTrailer provided me a quality hitch.
