Hi Travis! Since there are no custom fit hitches for your 2016 E-450 bus you will need a universal hitch. I recommend the Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch w/ Brackets # C99CR. This fits frames up to 44" wide, has a 2" receiver, and includes 18" brackets which you can cut down to size for your application.
