Hello Jenny.
The bike rack you referenced #TH34FR44SR will unfortunately not fit an adult trike. But don't worry, I have one that will. The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider # HLY87RR is purposely built for an adult trike up to 90lbs and an additional standard bike weighing up to 80lbs. So, you can comfortably fit e-bikes on this rack too.
The Hollywood Rack will work with the same 2" hitch receiver you're looking for, and your Yukon will have no issues whatsoever with the weight. Have you been able to take the trike many places, or has transporting it been the biggest challenge?
