Question:

Hi. One of the arms on my Solera 3000 series 12V power awning is bent. I was wondering if someone could contact me about getting a replacement part.

Hey Susan, thanks for reaching out. We can definitely help you get the right replacement arm for your Solera 3000 Series 12V power awning. The main thing I need is the length of the wall-mount extrusion from top to bottom, since Solera used different arm lengths.

If only the pitch arm is bent, that piece is available separately on some setups. If another section of the support arm is bent, you'll need the complete support arm assembly, and you can reuse your existing drive or idler head on the new arm. If you can send me that arm measurement, the color, and ideally a picture of the bent section, I can help narrow down exactly what you need.
