Question:
Does the TJD-25100 come pre greased or how much grease do I need to install into it?

Thanks for letting us help Scott. The Square Jack Follow Leg # TJD-25100 will have some grease applied from the factory for shipping and storage, but I would definitely recommend adding fresh grease during installation. There isn't a specific number of pumps or ounces of grease required. Instead, add the grease gradually while running the jack through some of its travel. This will help distribute the grease along the internal screw and gearing. The goal isn't to completely fill the jack housing with grease, so there's no need to overdo it. You just want enough to adequately lubricate the moving components.
For grease, I'd recommend a general-purpose lithium-based grease like LubriMatic Multi-Purpose Lithium Grease # L11315.
Are you replacing an existing jack or is this for a new setup?
