Can Thetford C223CS Cassette Toilet Be Installed In Shower

Question:
Can this unit be placed in the shower location and not worry about water intrusion to electrical parts, passively filling the tank or causing water leaks not including the seal at the wall.?

Hey Dan! Yes, the Thetford C223CS Cassette Toilet # TH62YE can be installed in a wet bath/shower location. The electrical components and cassette are protected from normal shower spray, so you don't have to worry about shower water filling the waste tank or getting into the electrical components. Just make sure you properly seal the toilet and access opening where they meet the wall to keep water from getting behind the unit.
