Thanks for letting us help David. The easiest and most reliable way to determine the correct replacement pin box is to locate the identification sticker on your existing pin box. This is typically a white sticker located on one of the pin box wings and will usually include a part number, serial number, and date of manufacture. We can use that information to confirm the original pin box model and bolt pattern with the manufacturer. This is an important step because replacement pin boxes are designed for specific pin box bolt patterns, and compatibility can vary even between pin boxes that look very similar. I've included a photo below showing what the identification sticker typically looks like. If you can reply with a clear photo of that sticker, I can take care of identifying the correct replacement from there.

If you are unable to to locate this sticker, you will have to do some measuring to determine the model of your existing pin box. If it comes to that, I can provide guidance.

I see you're looking at gooseneck style pin box replacements. Is there a specific brand you've heard about or are eyeing? Do you already have an existing gooseneck system in the bed of your Silverado 2500?
