Kodiak 225 Caliper Use with Vented or Non Vented Rotors

Question:
Your photos show Kodiak Calipers being installed with vented rotors, can they be mounted on non-vented rotors?

Thanks for reaching out Jerry. The Kodiak 225 calipers like # KDBC225DAC are specifically designed to be used with vented rotors only. Kodiak (Dexter) manufactures all of there standard trailer brake rotors with vents to allow for proper dissipation of heat.
Are you adding new disc brakes or replacing old components?
