Welcome to etrailer, I'm glad you found us!
The nut on the 2" hitch ball that comes with the etrailer Ball Mount # e99DR takes a 1-7/8" 12-point socket. You can use the 1-7/8" 12pt Shallow Socket - 3/4" Drive # ALL643216 for it.
The ball on # e99DR comes pre-torqued, so you will not need to tighten it before using the ball mount. If you ever need to remove the ball, # ALL643216 is the socket you will want to use.
