Thanks for the information Sandra. Your Titan Model 10 part number 3241639 surge actuator has been replaced with the Dexter Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator item # T4750620. Dexter bought out Titan in 2015 and rebranded some of their actuators like yours.

The Dexter Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator item # T4750620 fits a 2-5/16" hitch ball and has a 12,500 lbs towing capacity. It's zinc plated and fits a 3" trailer tongue. This one is specifically designed for disc braking systems only now. If your trailer has drum brakes you'll need item # T2478100. The only difference between the two is the pressure provided by the master cylinder is lower for the drum brakes.

What kind of trailer do you have and does it have drum or disc brakes? Feel free to answer this and throw in any other questions you have, where it says Add Comment.
