Recommended Camera System and Monitor for a Class C Motorhome

Updated 08/22/2026 | Published 08/16/2026

Question:

I have a 29 Class C motor home that I rent out to people with little to no experience driving this type of vehicle. I am looking for an all around view to assist in backing, parking, and driving.

Thanks for the information Matthew! To add backup and observation cameras to your Class C motorhome, I recommend the Furrion Vision S+ Wireless RV Observation System w/ 3 Cameras item # FR69DF. This system comes with a 5" monitor with a setting for a multi-camera display, a rear camera with a microphone that can be on the entire time, and two side view observation cameras. All three cameras provide 1080p resolution and have night vision.

The Furrion Vision S+ Wireless RV Observation System item # FR69DF uses a 2.4 GHz signal that will avoid signal interference while your motorhome's in traffic. The S+ is Furrion's latest camera system and has much better performance overall. With you renting your RV out the ease of being able to replace damaged parts with readily available ones for a newer system is also a nice perk.

Additionally, the Furrion Vision S+ Wireless RV Observation System item # FR69DF has the ability to record and store videos to an SD card that you'll need to purchase separately.

What make and model is your motorhome and how far do your customers travel typically when they rent from you? Feel free to answer this and throw in any other questions you have, where it says Add Comment.
