Hey! Yes, we do have an option that should work well for carrying both a tadpole recumbent trike and a hybrid bike on your 2018 Volvo S60.

The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HLY87RR is specifically designed to carry one tadpole or delta-style recumbent trike along with one standard bike. It fits a 2" hitch and can handle a trike weighing up to 90 lbs, with a wheelbase up to 60" and tires up to 5" wide.

To give you a good idea of the size range it can handle, I compared it with the Sun Seeker E-Fat-Tad which is one of the larger, heavier fat-tire tadpole trikes you're likely to run into. It's roughly 84 lbs, has a 46-1/4" wheelbase, and uses 4" wide tires, so all of those measurements fall within the limits of the # HLY87RR.
